I am Boudewijn Vismans, a Dutchman based in Singapore, and the founder of Novarex Advisory. It is my goal to bring medicines to patients that need them. I was fortunate to have in depth experience with different pharma companies across various therapeutic areas. I have successfully built and launched portfolios to +$100m turnover in less than 3 years. Now I leverage all my knowledge to provide a compact operating model for complex Asian launches — leveraging senior judgement, cross-functional depth, and practical support when decisions need to move.
